Global Network We have carefully chosen some of the finest technology vendors as our strategic partners to form a Global Support Framework. We are extremely consious on offering the Best levels of services and support to our clients across the globe. Support Structure We have structured our business in two tiers. Our technology solutions are globally offered through various strategic partners, System Integrators and Solution Providers. The local partners in each destination country allows us to offer localised support to our clients. We have well established training procedures and support guidelines to handle any customer site. We conduct special training programs and periodic knowledge update programs for all the members included in our Global Support Team. The Level 1 support is provided by our local support teams where as the Singapore central support team takes care of Level 2 support.
