NexusWerkz Xenia Hospitality Suite consists of multiple components:

A) Interactive TV (International Content)
  1. Guest welcome screen (Optional: Integrated with Hotel PMS System)
  2. Multilingual Menu (Any language can be ported but translation must be made available)
  3. Infotainment
    • Live TV Channel - DVB-C. DVB-S, Analogue Input
    • Hotel own channel (Where premium channel unavailable from any other sources)(Optional)
    • Movies on demand - Blockbuster movies (Movie info, Preview, Flexi business rules)
    • Movies on demand - Adult movies (Movie info, Preview, Flexi business rules)(This can be disabled on guest request)
    • Content Security - Verimetrix, Secure Media or any other standard solution
  4. On Demand Movies
    • Create categories like Blockbuster, Adult, Kids
    • Display the movie details such as Rate, Synopsis, Duration, Genre, Rating etc 
    • Select or Block category on each room basis
    • Pay per view (Unlimited view for a fixed time period)
    • Create packages for VOD movies
    • Trick play - Pause, Rewind & Forward movie
    • Content Bookmarking - The system can remember the position of movie where it was stopped. (To be added soon)

B) Personal TV (Localised Content)

    1. View Bill, Express Checkout (Optional - Billing PMS integration)
    2. Hotel services:
      • Room Services - Request for any additional room items
      • Information of hotel facilities like business lounge, Conference hall
      • Information of health & leisure facilities - Massage, Sauna, Gymnasium 
      • Any other services offered by hotel - Happy hours, Any special events etc
      • Restaurant Menu
      • List of restaurants
      • Menu list for each restaurant
      • Videos - making of dishes, profiling the chef, signature  dishes, Day's special

C) Housekeeper Management System (supplementing the Hotel Management System)
  1. Employee Hidden access: Only accessible with certain remote control key sequence
  2. Each housekeeper gets user name and security pin
  3. Confirmation of successful login with display of user name: This guarantees that user do not enter other person's credentials by error or intentionally
  4. Housekeeper Room Service Menu:
    • Messages - Messages from various departments for the person. He/she can choose to mark as read. Sender gets notification about the same.
    • Room Status - Update room status if it's cleaned and ready for new guest, or same guest
    • Mini Bar status - Update the status of mini bar consumption
    • Mini bar status update to Billing PMS  (Optional)
    • Report Problems - Any problems related to room can be reported by selecting the menu
    • Report Problem - The maintenance person attending room problem can update room status from this menu


D) Customer Satisfaction Management System
  1. Room Status: The room status whether it is ready for use, or any problems in the room
  2. Queue Status of rooms with some problems reported
  3. Complete details of content consumed by Guest - Movies watched, Paid channels etc
  4. Mini bar consumption report
  5. Messaging: Ability to send message for all room maids. It also displays when the message is read by recipient.
  6. Guest Feedbacks, Survey reports: This can be viewed by all levels by management to make sure customer service levels are well maintained

E) Hotel TV
  1. Food TV: Cameras will be installed at the kitchen, restaurants and bars to allow hotel guest to watch the cooks or restaurant guest. This will entice the hotel guests to eat within the hotel's facilities.
  2. Security TV: Cameras can be installed at the hotel lobby or outside each hotel's corridor so that the hotel guest can watch who is approaching their room.
  3. Swimming Pool TV: Room guests can enjoy the fun and games that can be organized by the hotel at the swimming pool.

F) Reporting Tools
  1. Room Status - The room status whether it is ready for use, or any problems in the room
