How do we begin the process? The NexusWerkz Partner Network categories listed above are defined based on benefits provided to customers. Each individual program is also defined by the level of investment, mutual benefits, type of focus areas, and regional locality by NexusWerkz and the potential partner in the business relationship. Review the partner category descriptions above to determine which partner program best suits your interests. After the program descriptions, you will have an opportunity to submit an automated application for the selected program. Alternatively, you can request additional information by emailing us at bizinfo[at]NexusWerkz.com Program Terms Joining the NexusWerkz Partner program requires the purchase of the NexusWerkz Partner Kit and is applicable for a 1-year period or against a project cost of a deployment. The Partner Kit features a completely functional version of NexusWerkz Orion and Xenia IPTV Hospitality Solution with all available features and options or everything necessary for partners to demonstrate to the powerful Xenia platform's hospitality applications and solutions. What are the requirements? Two / three qualified sales representatives Qualified sales representative have attended a regional enabling workshop which covers both technical and value argumentation on the supported portfolio. Sales Partners need a minimum of 2 qualified sales representatives. Premium Partners need a minimum of 3 qualified sales representatives. Two technically trained persons per product / services area Qualified technical personnel have attended a regional enabling workshop, a technical product training course as well as an installation and commissioning course per product area. Business Plan (LTP) Prospective partners will provide a long term business plan (3 years) with projected sales figures, product areas and end served end customer segments and geographies. Sales forecast (STP) Prospective partners will provide a short term forecast (6 months) with projected monthly sales figures and products. Marketing plan (STP) Prospective partners will provide a short term marketing plan (6 to 12 months), with planned marketing actions in detail (e.g. end customer events, Internet, trade shows). Customer references (online) All end customer reference are made available to NexusWerkz (including customer name, business area, country, size, products sold). Feedback to product and services development Partners will participate in product development feedback events upon NexusWerkz' invitation and are committed to give spontaneous product feedback to NexusWerkz technical sales interface. The partner level that you may join is determined by market presence, level of expertise, and sales potential. |
