 CG is a global "big picture" tribes-man, who has lived and worked in a number of continents, can be characterized as a commercially-orientated new business builder. He held senior commercial positions at Alcatel, Time-Warner, Hunting Aviation, Philips Electronics and Cisco Systems. He was responsible for managing, or involved in generating new revenue streams for various investment projects ranging from US$3 million to $250 million. From developing strategies; the communication of the vision and localized implementation, and management of the objectives across various cultures and countries. While strategic planning skills are important, the ability to "communicate" is the key to implementation especially in a globalised economy. He thrives on changes and chaos and can be described as a "hunter" and a risktaker especially for delivering "disruptive technology" products/services into greenfields.

Favorite saying: It's not about the technology but the business model. It's about creating hybrids models from multiple revenue streams to co-sharing of revenue streams.

Yogesh Raut

Yogesh is a Techno-Entrepreneur with Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai University, India. His experience in IT industry comes from variety of Internet related disruptive technologies like WebTV, DSL and GIS. He is passionate to develop and build innovative business models in Internet related technologies and making them operationally successful.

He has worked as Project Engineer on GIS-CAD projects in early days of outsourcing in India and later as Project Consultant on Enterprise networking and ISP projects. He joined SPL Innotech, an innovative IPTV technology company based in Singapore in year 2003. He has handled wide array of responsibilities including presales technical, project planning and implementation for turnkey Internet TV projects. He has successfully designed the Internet TV solutions for varied project requirements from the customers in South East Asia, Middle East and Europe.

At Nexuswerkz he has successfully built the world class converged platform for new generation streaming content businesses. His current pet project is building tools for data optimization, building dynamic data relevancy, large data mining and analysis techniques for profiling and targeted ad marketing for next generation Internet applications.
